The prices are in US dollars.
Do you accept International orders?
Yes, we do! We asked that you email us first since shipping costs will vary and we require that ALL International orders (except to Canada) be paid via PayPal. Don't have a PayPal account? You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay for a PayPal invoice.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight. You have your choice of USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Generally USPS Priority will arrive faster then USPS First Class. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please select the appropriate option upon checkout.
Is the jewelry on your site handmade?
All pieces are constructed by hand by Lilie from findings, beads and charms sourced from all over the world. Our handmade and hand painted beads come from China.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Treat our creations as you would any other treasured pieces of jewelry. Keep them in a safe place when they're not being worn. Remove your jewelry before sleeping, washing, applying perfume and cosmetics, or swimming. Some pieces are very delicate so try not to pull, bend or apply excessive pressure to them.
Sterling Silver Care
Since most of our jewelry is made from sterling silver it may tarnish and will discolor in chlorinated water. Some pieces have been made with anti-tarnish material, but we still suggest extra care is taken to preserve the jewelry for as long as possible.
Tarnishing does not usually happen when you wear your silver jewelry on a regular basis. It is more likely to happen if you store the jewelry for a long time, have the jewelry in contact with rubber bands or take medication that changes the acidity of your skin.
To keep your silver tarnish-free store it in a plastic zip lock bag with anti-tarnish paper, dry it well after exposure to water and clean it regularly with special silver cleaning cloths (found in jewelry supply stores or hardware stores) or diluted mild dishwashing liquid. We do NOT recommend using liquid tarnish remover as it removes decoration and writing as well as tarnish.
Swarovski Crystal Care
We recommend washing Swarovski crystals by hand in lukewarm water with a few drops of a mild detergent. Then rinse your crystals under running water and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth (this prevents spotting). Do NOT use abrasive detergents, corrosive detergents, glass cleaner or window-cleaner.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We currently do not have a printed catalogue. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, most pieces are limited edition and our stock is constantly changing.
